Privacy Policy

Oddia, including oddia.app and the Oddia app, is operated by ARAMA LABS LLC, which is responsible for the personal information described here. You can reach us at arama.labs.llc@gmail.com.

• When you visit. Technical information every website receives, such as your IP address, browser, device and the pages you request. We use it to deliver pages, keep Oddia secure and fix problems. You can browse public pages without an account.
• When you create an account. Your email address, and records of your sign-ins, including when they happened, the IP address and the browser. If you choose Continue with Google, Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us. If you choose Sign in with Apple, we receive an account identifier and the email address you choose to share, which may be a private relay address. We retain encrypted authorization tokens only as needed to manage and revoke that sign-in.
• When you use signed-in features. Your watchlist, alerts and their history, simulator portfolio, trades and balances, the AI insights you request, and your settings, such as whether alert emails are on.
• When you pay. Stripe collects and processes your card details; we never see or store full card numbers. Stripe sends us the details of each payment: a customer reference, the plan or pack, amounts, dates and status, and the billing details you entered at checkout, such as name, email address and country. For App Store purchases, Apple processes payment details. We receive the product, transaction identifiers, storefront, dates and purchase or subscription status, linked to your Oddia account. We do not receive your full payment card details from Apple.
• When you write to us. Your message and our reply.

• to sign you in and run the features you use;
• to send the emails you need, such as sign-in codes, and alert emails while you keep them on;
• to take payments, apply your plan and enforce plan and purchase limits;
• to keep Oddia secure and prevent fraud and abuse;
• to answer your questions and requests;
• with your permission, to understand how Oddia is used so we can improve it;
• to meet legal obligations, such as keeping billing records.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our legal bases are: performing our agreement with you (your account and the features you use), our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention and improving Oddia), your consent (optional analytics and crash sharing), and legal obligations (billing records).

AI insights and edges are generated from public market information, such as a market’s question, prices and recent news. Your name, email address and account details are not part of what the AI system receives. An insight you request is saved to your account so you can come back to it.

Essential cookies keep you signed in and are always on. Your cookie choice itself is saved in your browser for up to six months.

Analytics cookies are optional and stay off until you allow them in the cookie banner. With your permission, we use Google Analytics, which records which pages are visited and a few steps in the product, such as opening checkout, along with technical information such as browser, device and approximate region. We do not send it your email address, account ID, sign-in codes, insight content or the query part of web addresses, except the campaign tags on links in our own emails, which only say that a visit came from, for example, an alert email. Advertising features are off. Google explains how it uses this information in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

Analytics cookies last up to six months. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page; withdrawing consent stops collection in that browser and removes its analytics cookies.

Usage analytics and crash sharing are separate choices under Account, Privacy settings. Both start off. The choices apply to this installation and are not synchronized to your Oddia account. You can change them at any time without losing app features.

If you allow usage analytics, Google Analytics receives app screen visits, app activity, purchase events, an app installation identifier and technical information such as device, operating system and approximate region. We do not send your Oddia account ID, email, market searches, insight content, portfolio balance or sign-in credentials to analytics. Advertising features and cross-app tracking are off.

If you allow crash sharing, saved crash reports and technical diagnostics may be sent when you next launch the app. Reports may include stack traces, app and operating system versions, device information and a diagnostic installation identifier. We do not attach your Oddia account ID or private activity. Turning sharing off stops new uploads and requests deletion of unsent reports; it cannot recall reports already sent.

App configuration also uses an installation identifier to fetch operational settings, independently of optional analytics. Sign-in credentials are stored in protected device storage. Signing out clears personal snapshots from the device. Protected records of unfinished operations can remain so the same account can recover them after signing in again; they are not available to guests or other accounts.

• Service providers that host Oddia, store its data, send its emails and, with your permission, measure usage, under agreements that limit how they may use it.
• Stripe, which processes payments under its own privacy policy.
• Apple, for Sign in with Apple and App Store purchases, under its privacy policy.
• Authorities, when the law requires it, or when needed to protect the rights and safety of Oddia and its users.
• A buyer or successor, if Oddia is sold or merged, under the terms of this policy.

The prediction markets Oddia covers, such as Kalshi and Polymarket, receive no personal information from us.

Oddia stores information in the United States. If you use Oddia from another country, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection law may differ from yours.

• Account information: while your account exists. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete its personal information within 30 days.
• Billing records: as long as tax and accounting law requires, even after an account is deleted.
• Analytics data: no longer than 14 months.
• Public content, such as the daily edges archive, contains no personal information.

You can ask for a copy of your personal information, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask to receive it in a portable format, and you can object to or ask us to restrict some uses of it. Write to arama.labs.llc@gmail.com from the address on your account; we answer within one month. In the app, open Account and choose Delete account. You can also write to the same address and we will confirm when deletion is done. App Store subscriptions must be canceled separately in your Apple account settings.

You can turn off alert emails on your account page or with the link in any alert email, and change your analytics choice with Cookie settings on the web, or Account, Privacy settings in the app.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you can also complain to your local data protection authority. If you live in California, you have the right to know, correct and delete your personal information, and we will not treat you differently for using these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We protect information with encryption in transit and access controls, and payment card details stay with Stripe or Apple. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your personal information, we will tell you as the law requires.

Oddia is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a minor has created an account, tell us and we will delete it.

When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page. For material changes, we tell account holders by email or in the product before they take effect.
