Will Paramount announce an HQ move outside greater LA?

Paramount appears to be actively preparing a relocation option, so the odds of some kind of public announcement by Oct. 1 are meaningfully higher than the market implies. Still, an actual formal HQ move announcement is far from certain in the remaining time window, so I would price it as a real but not dominant possibility.
